Auburn Villager

The Auburn Villager has closed its physical office in response to the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus statewide and in the Auburn community, but print and online coverage will continue as usual.

"Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health of our staff members and the general public, we have decided to close our office and directed our employees to work remotely from home," said Editor Brian Woodham.

Customers will still receive their print editions in the mail, and frequent updates on the coronavirus outbreak and its effects on the Auburn community will be posted online at

With the cancellation of all spring sports, the Villager has eliminated its sports section but expanded its main section.

Customers can still reach the Villager by email at or by phone at 334-501-0600.

Print copies will also still be distributed to vending boxes throughout the city.
