After curtailing its operating hours during the pandemic, the Auburn Public Library announced this week that it would be expanded its hours of operation.
Starting on Saturday, the library, located on Thach Avenue, will begin opening at 8:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday and at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
The library will stay open later, too, closing at 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The library will close at 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The library also announced two webinars for the month of May on culinary and financial literacy.
On May 4, the library will host "Culinary Literacy: Deciphering a Recipe," which will provide an overview of cookbook and recipe terminology. Register at https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_DqbSgAurR_KD-gqe5GRjIg.
