Auburn Villager

The Auburn Area Community Theatre and the Kreher Preserve and Nature Center will host Frogbull Academy’s Outdoor Winter Mini Term sessions on Saturday.

Join AACT’s Young Performers cast of the just-staged “Sally Cotter and the Censored Stone,” a parody of a well-known book series, for this magical experience.

One-hour terms begin promptly every fifteen minutes starting at 1 p.m., with the last term starting at 3 p.m.

If you are late, you will miss your escort and you can only attend during your assigned term. Check your ticket time and plan your travel time wisely.  There are no refunds for tardiness.

Ticket-holding sorcerers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a sage (ticket-holding adult).

Sages will need to stay with their sorcerers. You are welcome to participate in the Quizzicalish game, or stand at the sidelines and cheer.

Masks are required, and magical attire is welcome. Everyone will stay at the distance of physical safety.

At times, you may be asked to don the gloves of Germs be Gone. Please report to the Table of Temperature Checking at the main entrance of the Kreher Preserve 15 minutes before your assigned Term Time. There you will be directed to the Tea Cozy of Assignment where you will be sorted into your “Dormitory” (the team you will be on for the Quizzicalish game).

After your Quizzicalsish game, you will attend Potions Class and then go to Charms Practice.

As you depart from your last class, you will be allowed to choose two items from Ms. Peach’s Toothsome Treats Table.

You are welcome to stay and enjoy the rest of the Kreher Preserve for as long as you would like — there are lots of magical things there to discover!

In case of rain at the time of the event, we will return your fee. If it rains earlier in the day, then prepare for a “Muddy Puddle Day” and choose your clothes and footgear wisely.

Tickets are $7.50 per person and must be purchased in advance.

You can purchase tickets and find information at and also by calling 334-246-1084.

The Kreher Preserve and Nature Center is located at 2222 N. College St.
