HALL MARQUENTA SANDS, Plaintiff
v.
ANGEL SHARON SANDS, SANDS CASSANDRA YVETTE, LEWIS CAROLYN VEASLEY, VEASLEY DEWAYNE ET AL, Defendants Case No. CV-2020-900036.00

The Plaintiff having made a Motion for Service by Publication supported by the Affidavit of the Hon. Robin F. Reynolds, attorney for Plaintiff, that Defendants C, D, E and F are unknown and their identities cannot be ascertained; and it appearing the Plaintiff filed a complaint and amended complaint seeking fee simple title to the aforementioned property be awarded to the Plaintiff; and further, that, in the alternative, the rights of the parties be determined and the property be partitioned or sold for division.

It is, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED; Defendants C, D, E AND F, whose identities are unknown answer the Complaint and Amended Complaint of the Plaintiff within 30 days from the last day of Publication of this Notice with the Clerk of Court located at 2311 Gateway Drive, Opelika, Alabama 36801 or thereafter a final judgment may be rendered against said Defendants.

It is ORDERED that this Order and notice be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Auburn Villager, a newspaper of general circulation in Lee County.
