14 and Macon County Road 54, proceed North along said right-of-way a distance of 300 feet to a Point of Beginning: Thence East 90° to said right-of-way a
distance of 210 feet to a point, Thence North 90° a distance of 210 feet to a point, Thence West a distance of 210 feet to said road right-of-way, Thence South
along said road right-of-way a distance of 210 feet to the Point of Beginning.
UNKNOWN HEIRS of Epsie Richardson, deceased, and Lizzie Richardson, his wife, deceased,
Marie Threat Oliver, C.J. Threat, John E. Richardson, Otis Thomas, Jr., David Thomas, Mildred T. Bolden, Jerry L. Thomas, Larry A. Turk, Andrew B.
Turk, Bernice Turk, Bessie Turk, Virginia Turk, Sammie Turk, Geneva Turk, Charlie Lee Turk, Mary L. Turk, Mary Turk Ridley, Vanessa Nelms,
Calleen R. Strickland, Epson Dwayne Richardson, Jackie L. Ambus, Adair Ambus, Carolyn Ingram, David Ingram,
and all other persons claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder, reversion, or other interest in said lands,
TO: THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND THEIR HEIRS OR DEVISEES, WHOSE WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN AND WHICH CANNOT BE
ASCERTAINED AFTER EXERCISE OF REASONABLE DILIGENCE.
1. You are hereby notified that on the 21st d ay of August, 2019, a Complaint to Quiet Title and for Sale for Division of Proceeds was filed for the above
described real property located in Lee County, Alabama.
2. Any person claiming any future contingent, reversionary, remainder, or other interest therein and/or their heirs or devisees, if deceased, whose
whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after the exercise of the due diligences, and who are believed to claim some right, title,
interest or claim in and to the property described herein.
3. All persons having an interest in said lands or any portion thereof claiming any title thereto or any encumbrance or lien thereon, are hereby
directed to plead or otherwise answer the Complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of the last publication of this notice, at the expiration of thirty
(30) days thereafter suffer judgment by default to be rendered that this notice shall be used to perfect service against all parties who cannot be personally
served with a copy of the Complaint.
