PARCEL 1: Lot Eleven (11) Phase III, Rock Island Landing Subdivision, according to plat of said subdivision prepared by Thomas L. French, Jr., on June 24, 1885, and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama in Plat Book 11 at Page 199.;

& SPMCA Corp., a Washington Corporation;
& ELM Leasing, LLC, a dissolved Mississippi limited liability company;
& Georgia Power Company, a Georgia corporation;
& Kaufman & Forman, P.C., a Georgia professional corporation;
& Ten Talents Ministry, an Integrated Auxiliary Chapter of the International Academy of Lymphology, an unincorporated association;
& Sandra L. Gibbs, Joseph McKinnes, Zachary Thomas, and Tammy Thomas, individually and as representatives of a class of similarly situated persons; & John Gill as Trustee for Ten Talents Ministry, an integrated Auxiliary of the International Academy of Lymphology;

& Any and all other persons claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder, reversion, or other interest in said lands,

TO: THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS AND THEIR HEIRS OR DEVISEES WHOSE WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN AND WHICH CANNOT BE ASCERTAINED AFTER EXERCISE OF REASONABLE DILIGENCE.

1. You are hereby notified that on June 22, 2020, a Complaint to Quiet Title was filed for the above described real property located in Lee County, Alabama.

2. Any person claiming any future contingent, reversionary, remainder, or other interest therein and/or their heirs or devisees, if deceased, whose whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after exercise of due diligence, and who are believed to claim some right, title, interest, or claim in and to the property described herein.

3. All persons having an interest in said lands or any portion thereof claiming any title thereto or any encumbrance or lien thereon, are hereby directed to plead or otherwise answer the Complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of the last publication of this notice, at the expiration of thirty (30) days thereafter suffer judgment by default to be rendered that this notice shall be used to perfect service against all parties who cannot be personally served with a copy of the Complaint.
