AN ORDINANCE ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 11-42-20 ET SEQ OF THE CODE OF ALABAMA, 1975, AS AMENDED, PROVIDING FOR ASSENT BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF AUBURN TO THE ALTERATION AND REARRANGEMENT OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF AUBURN AND ASSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE CITY LIMITS OF

THE CITY, IN RESPONSE TO PETITIONS FILED BY PERSONS OWNING ALL THE LAND AREA OF THE LANDS ANNEXED, AND APPROVING SUCH ANNEXATION.

Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 20 North, Range 25 East, Lee County, Alabama; thence run East for 2814.0 feet to a point, which point

is the point of beginning of the property to be herein described and conveyed: From said point of beginning, thence run North for 680.9 feet to a point; thence run North 88°-04′ East for 86.5

feet to a point; thence run North 67°-43′ East for 80.6 feet to a point; thence run East for 235.0 feet to a point; thence run South for 714.4 feet to a point; thence run West for 396.0 feet to the

said point of beginning. Containing 6.405 acres, as shown on that certain survey for David William Sharpe and Judy Dale Sharpe, dated November 17, 1988, by David H. Miller, Reg. Ala.
