ORDINANCE NO. 3211
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 11-42-20 ET SEQ OF THE CODE OF ALABAMA, 1975, AS AMENDED, PROVIDING FOR ASSENT BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN TO THE ALTERATION AND REARRANGEMENT OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF AUBURN AND ASSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY, IN RESPONSE TO PETITIONS FILED BY PERSONS OWNING ALL THE LAND AREA OF THE LANDS ANNEXED, AND APPROVING SUCH ANNEXATION.
Commence and Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 3 of Cope Subdivision and a point in the Western right-of-way of Estate Drive as found in Plat Book 25 Page 189 in Section 3, Township 18 North, Range 26 East in Lee County, Alabama: From said POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along a curve in the Western right-of-way of Estate Drive bearing South 02°20'05" West, a chord distance of 60.64 feet, with a radius of 1077.60 feet to a point; thence continue along said right-of-way South 00°23'59" West, a distance of 259.28 feet to a point; thence leaving Estate Drive right of way and following the South Line of Lot 3, Cope Subdivision and the North line of Lot 12-A, Hickory Hills Subdivision, Redivision of Lot 12-A, North 89°34’20” West, 258.43 feet; thence North 00°25’40” East, 26.91 feet; thence South 89°25'00" East, a distance of 198.42 feet to a point; thence North 00°23'59" East, a distance of 225.73 feet; thence North 02°45'48" West, a chord distance of 96.23 feet, with a radius of 1166.59 feet to a point in the Southern line of Lot 2 of Cope Subdivision; thence continue along said lot South 75°14'50" East, a distance of 8.51 feet to a point; thence continue along said lot South 00°00'00" West, a distance of 19.90 feet to a point; thence South 82°17'12" East, a distance of 50.10 feet to the Point of Beginning.
