ORDINANCE NO. 3262
AN ORDINANCE TO FURTHER AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1883 OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, DATED DECEMBER 21, 1999, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED 2448 MOORES MILL ROAD. THIS IS A REQUEST TO APPLY THE LIMITED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (LDD) DESIGNATION TO APPROXIMATELY 4.21 ACRES ZONED RURAL (R).
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Auburn, Alabama, as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1883 of the City of Auburn, Alabama dated December 21, 1999, as amended by subsequent amendments is further amended in the following respect:
The zoning map of the City of Auburn, Alabama, which is made an exhibit to and is a part of said Ordinance No. 1883, is amended to apply the Limited Development District (LDD) designation to approximately 4.21 acres zoned Rural (R). The following describes the real property:
Lot B2A of a Resubdivision of Parcel – B2 of a Redivision of Parcel B of Fred P. Moore Subdivision, according to and as shown by map or plat of said subdivision of record in Town Plat Book 38, at page 93, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama.
Section 2. If any section or provision of this ordinance be declared invalid or unconstitutional by judgment or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment or decree shall not affect any other section or provision of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval by the City Council or upon its otherwise becoming law, but shall be published as required by law and codified as part of the Code of Auburn, Alabama.
