margin of West Glenn Avenue; thence run along said North margin North 83 degrees 20 minutes East 165.8 feet; thence continue along said North margin North 86 degrees 10 minutes East,

1108.0 feet to the point of beginning of The lot herein intended to be described and Conveyed: From said point of beginning, Run North 4 degrees 40 minutes West, 128.3 feet; thence run

north 85 degrees, 30 minutes East, 79.2 feet; thence run South 5 degrees 50 minutes East, 132.5 feet to said North margin of West Glenn Avenue; thence run South 87 degrees 45 minutes

West, along said margin, 82.0 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

N 86 °57' 28" E 138.52' to an iron pipe and the original Point of beginning. The above-described property Is located in Section 25, T-19-N, R-25-E, in the City of Auburn, Lee County, Alabama;

containing 0.40 acre, more or less, and is subject to all easements of record.

THE HIGHEST BID RECEIVED SHALL BE SUBJECT TO REVIEW FOR APPROVAL OR REJECTION BY CIRCUIT JUDGE JACOB WALKER III.

ALL PERSONS SUBMITTING BIDS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL DOCUMENTATION OF THE ABILITY TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF BID WITHIN THIRTY
