Take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Auburn, Alabama, will conduct a public hearing at the Commission's meeting place in the Council Chambers of the Public Safety
Building, located at 141 North Ross Street at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2019, to consider a request from David Kahn, on behalf of Green River Real Estate, LLC. The purpose of
this public hearing is for a recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval of a commercial support use (warehouse) to be located at 2826 Cox Road in the Comprehensive
Development District (CDD) zoning district, pending rezoning (PL-2019-00438) from Rural (R).
A NOTICE TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL FOR CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL OF A COMMERCIAL SUPPORT USE (WAREHOUSE) TO
BE LOCATED AT 2826 COX ROAD IN THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) ZONING DISTRICT, PENDING REZONING (PL-2019-00438) FROM RURAL (R).
All persons who desire shall have an opportunity of being heard in opposition to or in favor of the proposed development.
