TO: All resident citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Auburn, Alabama, will conduct a public hearing at the Commission's meeting place in the Council Chambers of the

Public Safety Building, located at 141 North Ross Street at 5:00 p.m., on Thursday, September 12, 2019, to consider a request from S. Parker Ross, Foresite Group, Inc., on

behalf of Owens Family Partnership, LLC. The purpose of the public hearing is for a recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a performance

residential use (townhomes). The subject property is located behind 1810 Shug Jordan Parkway, on the east corner of the Shug Jordan Parkway and North Donahue Drive

intersection, in the Development District – Housing (DDH) zoning district.

A NOTICE TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL FOR CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL FOR A PERFORMANCE RESIDENTIAL

USE (TOWNHOMES). THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED BEHIND 1810 SHUG JORDAN PARKWAY, ON THE EAST CORNER OF THE SHUG JORDAN PARKWAY

AND NORTH DONAHUE DRIVE INTERSECTION, IN THE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT – HOUSING (DDH) ZONING DISTRICT.

All persons who desire shall have an opportunity of being heard in opposition to or in favor of the proposed development.
