NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:
Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public
Safety Department, located at 141 North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear a request from Richard & Mary Zellmer for a variance to 511.03(G).
Use limitations of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The request is for a variance to allow an accessory structure to be forty feet (40’) in front of the front
building line where it is required to be no closer than ten feet (10’) to the rear of the front building line. The subject property is located at 2037 Canary Drive and is
zoned Neighborhood Conservation (NC-54).
