TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public

Safety Department, located at 141 North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear a request from Will Walton, III for a variance to Table 5-2: Lot Area,

Setback, Bulk Regulations and Parking Requirements: Neighborhood Conservation District of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The request is for a variance

of nine feet (9’) to the minimum side yard setback of twelve feet (12’) to allow an addition to the home to be three feet (3’) from the western property line. The

subject property is located at 424 Pinedale Drive and is zoned Neighborhood Conservation (NC-12).
