TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public

Safety Department, located at 141 North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear a request from Kimberly Patrick for a variance to Section 511.03.(E),

Use limitations, of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The request is for a variance of ten feet (10’) where accessory structures shall be no closer than ten (10)

feet to a principal structure to allow an accessory structure (storage shed) to be zero feet (0’) from the principal structure. The subject property is located at 762

Monroe Drive and is zoned Planned Development District (PDD) with a base zoning of Development District Housing (DD-H).
