Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public Safety Department, located

at 141 North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear a request from Lloyd deLatour, on behalf of Dacula Design Group, LLC, for a variance to Section 607.03(A), Sign

Placement and Clearance Standards, of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The applicant requests a variance of four feet - one inch (4’-1”) to the to the required ten foot (10’) right-ofway

setback to allow a freestanding sign to be five feet – eleven inches (5’-11”) from the right-of-way. The subject property is located at 121 Mitcham Avenue in the Redevelopment District

(RDD) zoning district.
