TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public Safety Department, located

at 141 North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear a request from Phillip Dunlap, Industrial Development Board of the City of Auburn, for two (2) variance requests to

Section 605.01(A), General Business Signs, of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The first request is to allow for a third freestanding sign on a development site when only two (2) are

permitted on a corner lot. The second request is for a variance of ten (10) square feet to the maximum sign area of 150 square feet, for signs no more than 12 feet in height and on a corner

lot, to allow a total sign area of 160 square feet. The subject property is located at 3100 Beehive Road in the Industrial (I) zoning district.
