TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public Safety Department, located at

141 North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear a request from Michael Murray for a variance to Section 511.03(E), Use Limitations, of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance.

The applicant requests a variance of six feet (6’) to the required primary/accessory structure separation distance of ten feet (10’) to allow an accessory structure (swimming pool) to be four

feet (4’) away from the primary structure. The subject property is located at 2898 Montana Way and is zoned Development District Housing (DDH) and Comprehensive Development

District (CDD).
