Take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Auburn, Alabama, will conduct a public hearing at the Commission's meeting place in the Council Chambers of the Public Safety
Building, located at 141 North Ross Street at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2019, to consider a request from Travis Wisdom, representing Dayspring, LLC. The purpose of this public
hearing is for a recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a performance residential use (multiple unit development); more specifically, four (4) one-bedroom units
as part of a mixed use development, on approximately .49 acres located at 223 Opelika Road in the Corridor Redevelopment District - Urban (CRD-U) zoning district.
