TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public Safety Department, located at

141 North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear a request from William Sumners for a variance to Section 502.02(C), Performance Residential Developments, Town house, of

the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The applicant requests a variance of fourteen feet (14’) to the required rear yard setback of fifteen feet (15’) to allow the principal structure to be one

foot (1’) away from the rear property line. The subject property is located at 1660 Easton Court and is zoned Limited Development District (LDD).
