NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO: All resident citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:
Take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Auburn, Alabama, will conduct a public hearing at the Commission's meeting place in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public
Safety Building, located at 141 North Ross Street at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2019. Said hearing will be to consider a request from Foresite Group, Inc. on behalf of EFACO II, Inc. for
a rezoning of 5.68 acres located east of North Donahue Drive and south of Felicity Lane (Donahue Ridge, Phase 4). This is a request to rezone the subject property (Donahue Ridge, Phase 6)
from Rural (R) (pending annexation, Case PL-2019-00268) to Development District Housing (DDH).
The property in question is more specifically described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 11, Township 19 North, Range 25 East, Lee County, Alabama as found in Plat Book 32 Page 181; thence South 37°47'04" West, a distance of
2110.49 feet to The Point of Beginning: From said POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 18°30'43" East, a distance of 332.35 feet; thence South 76°47'19" West, a distance of 54.63 feet; thence
South 84°43'25" West, a distance of 335.73 feet; thence North 22°34'19" West, a distance of 54.81 feet; thence South 84°14'42" West, a distance of 218.77 feet; thence North 03°03'31" West, a
distance of 44.688 feet; thence South 89°38'15" West, a distance of 159.67 feet; thence North 11°23'57" West, a distance of 304.07 feet; thence South 88°27'22" East, a distance of 720.55 feet; thence
North 71°27'19" East, a distance of 23.79 feet to The Point of Beginning. Containing 5.68 Acres, more or less.
