In accordance with Title 11-52-77 of the Alabama Code, as amended, and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn, notice is hereby given that the

City Council of the City of Auburn will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public

Safety Department, 141 North Ross Street, to consider the following:

TO REZONE THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH DEAN ROAD AND ANNALUE

DRIVE, MORE SPECIFICALLY 420 NORTH DEAN ROAD AND 919 ANNALUE DRIVE.

TO REZONE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 923 EAST GLENN AVENUE.

TO REZONE THE PROPERTIES LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH DEAN ROAD (EXCLUDING 435 NORTH DEAN ROAD) BETWEEN

HARPER AVENUE AND OLD STAGE ROAD, WHICH INCLUDE LOTS 1 THROUGH 10 OF THE KIDD SUBDIVISION RECORDED FEBRUARY 15,

1958 AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 14 OF THE WITTEL SUBDIVISION NO. TWO RECORDED FEBRUARY 2, 1956.

TO REZONE THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 813, 817, 825, AND 829 COTTAGE LANE; 805-807, 809-811, 815-817, 821, 861, AND 901 EAST MAGNOLIA

AVENUE; THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EAST MAGNOLIA AVENUE AND MAPLE STREET; 807-809, 815-817,

AND 821-823 MCKINLEY AVENUE; AND THE PROPERTIES BETWEEN SOUTH DEAN ROAD AND MAPLE STREET AND PARK AVENUE AND

This second publication is a synopsis of the proposed change, which was previously published in full on April 18, 2019 in The Auburn Villager.

All persons who desire shall have an opportunity of being heard in opposition to or in favor of such ordinance.
