TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public Safety Department, located at

141 North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear a request from H. Kenneth White, Jr, Flowers & White Engineering, LLC, on behalf of ARLD, LLC, for a variance to Table 5-

1: Lot Area, Setbacks, Maximum Impervious Surface, and Parking Requirements for Conventional Subdivisions, of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The applicant requests a

variance of fifteen percent (15%) to the required 35 percent (35%) impervious surface ratio (ISR) to allow an ISR of fifty percent (50%). This variance request applies to 26 of 37 single-family

residential lots of Summerlin No. 2 subdivision plat, specifically, Lots 17, 18, 21, 22, 25, 27-31, 36, 37, 39-52. The subject properties are located on Summerlin Drive and Summerlin Circle, in

the Development District-Housing (DDH) zoning district.
