TO: All resident citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:
Take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Auburn, Alabama, will conduct a public hearing at the Commission's meeting place in the Council Chambers of the Public Safety
Building, located at 141 North Ross Street at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2019, to consider a request from Brett Basquin, Foresite Group, Inc. on behalf of Mary and Michael Clifton. The
purpose of this public hearing is for a recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a performance residential use (townhomes) to be located at 2449 Moores Mill Road
in the Limited Development District (LDD) zoning district (pending PL-2019-00217).
A NOTICE TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL FOR CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL FOR A PERFORMANCE RESIDENTIAL USE
(TOWNHOMES) TO BE LOCATED AT 2449 MOORES MILL ROAD IN THE LIMITED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (LDD) ZONING DISTRICT.
All persons who desire shall have an opportunity of being heard in opposition to or in favor of the proposed development.
