Building, located at 141 North Ross Street at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2019, to consider a request from Perry Solem. The purpose of this public hearing is for a recommendation to City
Council for conditional use approval for a commercial support use (mini-warehouse/climate controlled storage) to be located at 2357 East Glenn Avenue in the Comprehensive
Development District (CDD) zoning district.
