TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public Safety Department, located at 141

North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear two variance requests from Brett Basquin, Foresite Group, Inc. for: 1) a variance to Table 5-5, Development and Design Standard

Requirements within the Urban Neighborhood - East District, Parking Lot Screening, to allow shrubs to screen parking from the Right of Way, in lieu of the required Type 1, Option A

Fence (see Figure 4-2 in the Zoning Ordinance); and 2) a variance to Table 4-3, Standards for Nonresidential Uses by District, to allow an additional 0.05 to the Impervious Surface Ratio

(ISR) maximum of 0.80 for institutional uses in the Urban Neighborhood Districts, thereby allowing an ISR of 0.85. The subject property is located at 302 East Magnolia Avenue and is

zoned Urban Neighborhood East (UN-E) District.
