Take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Auburn, Alabama, will conduct a public hearing at the Commission's meeting place in the Council Chambers of the

Public Safety Building, located at 141 North Ross Street at 5:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 10, 2019, to consider a request from S. Parker Ross, Foresite Group, Inc., on behalf

of East Glenn Investment Property, LLC. The purpose of the public hearing is for a recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for a performance

residential development (multi-family development), institutional (day care center), indoor recreation (billiards, bowling alley, community recreation center, gymnasium,

indoor athletic facility, and/or skating rink), office, commercial and entertainment (auto accessory store; bank; barbershop/beauty shop; book, hobby, music, and sporting

goods store; brewpub; building material sales with no outdoor display; clothing store; commercial or trade school; copy shop; dry cleaners; electronics repair; florist; funeral

subject property is located along East Samford Avenue and East Glenn Avenue, abutting Church of the Highlands to the north, Moores Mill subdivision to the south, the

Auburn University Airport to the east, and Auburn High School to the west in the Comprehensive Development District (CDD) zoning district.
