TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public Safety Department, located at 141

North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear a request from Reel Howell on behalf of Englewood Properties, LLC for two variances to Table 5-2: Lot Area, Setback, Bulk

Regulations and Parking Requirements: Neighborhood Conservation District of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The first request is for a variance of seven feet, six inches (7’-6”) to

the minimum front setback requirement of thirty-five feet (35’) to allow a front setback of twenty-seven feet, six inches (27’-6”). The second request is for a variance of two feet (2’) to the

total side yard setback requirement of thirty feet (30’) to allow a total side yard setback of twenty-eight feet (28’). The subject property is located at 615 Dumas Drive and is zoned

Neighborhood Conservation (NC-14).
