In accordance with Title 11-52-77 of the Alabama Code, as amended and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Auburn, notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Auburn will

hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at the Auburn Public Safety Building located at 141 North Ross Street. The purpose of the public

hearing is to consider the following:

AN ORDINANCE TO FURTHER AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1883 OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, DATED DECEMBER 21, 1999, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE FROM RURAL (R) TO

DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT HOUSING (DDH) APPROXIMATELY 8.06 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE 3300 BLOCK OF MILL CREEK ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Auburn, Alabama, as follows:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1883 of the City of Auburn, Alabama dated December 21, 1999, as amended by subsequent amendments is further amended in the following respect:

The zoning map of the City of Auburn, Alabama, which is made an exhibit to and is a part of said Ordinance No. 1883, is amended to rezone from Rural (R) to Development District Housing

(DDH) approximately 8.06 acres, more or less, located on the west side of the 3300 block of Mill Creek Road. The following describes the real property:
