NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PL-2021-00028

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application. The Board will hear a request from Michael Moore of One Eleven Investments, LLC on behalf of Michael Murray for a variance to the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The request is for variances to Table 5-1: Lot Area, Setbacks, Maximum Impervious Surface, and Parking Requirements for Conventional Subdivisions. The first request is for a variance of 14 feet to the minimum rear yard setback of 20 feet to allow a rear yard setback of 6 feet. The second request is for a variance of 5 feet where the minimum side yard setback on a street is 20 feet to allow a side yard setback on a street to be 15 feet. The final request is for a variance of 9 feet to the minimum 25-foot front yard setback to allow a front yard setback of 16 feet. The subject property is located at the southeast corner of Drave Avenue and White Street in the Neighborhood Redevelopment District (NRD).
