NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:
Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application. The Board will hear a request from Ben Webster for a variance to the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The request is for a variance to Table 5-2 Lot Area, Setback, Bulk Regulations and Parking Requirements: Neighborhood Conservation District of four feet, ten inches (4’-10”) to allow a lot width of seventy-five feet, two inches (75’-2”) where the minimum lot width required in the NC-14 zoning district is eighty feet (80’). The subject property is located at 261 Fontaine Drive in the Neighborhood Conservation (NC-14) zoning district.
