TO: All resident citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:
Take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Auburn, Alabama, will conduct a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. Central Time, by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application on Thursday, February 11, 2021, to consider a request from Bailey Harris Construction on behalf of SiO2 Medical Products Inc. The purpose of this public hearing is for a recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval for an expansion of an industrial use (distribution center/warehouse) to be located at 2270 Riley Street in the Industrial (I) zoning district.
A NOTICE TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL FOR CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL FOR AN EXPANSION OF AN INDUSTRIAL USE (DISTRIBUTION CENTER/WAREHOUSE) TO BE LOCATED AT 2270 RILEY STREET IN THE INDUSTRIAL (I) ZONING DISTRICT.
