Take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Auburn, Alabama, will conduct a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. Central Time, by means of the Zoom video conferencing web

application on Thursday, April 8, 2021, to consider a request from Gonzalez-Strength & Associates, Inc. on behalf of Harry & Alison Painter and Hubert Boatwright. The purpose of this

public hearing is for a recommendation to City Council for conditional use approval of a road service use (gasoline/service station & car wash) to be located at the northeast corner of Cox

Road and U.S. Interstate 85 in the Comprehensive Development District (CDD) (pending PL-2021-00168, PL-2021-0069, PL-2021-00170, and PL-2021-00171).

A NOTICE TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL FOR CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL OF A ROAD SERVICE USE (GASOLINE/SERVICE

STATION & CARWASH) TO BE LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF COX ROAD AND U.S. INTERSTATE 85 IN THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD)

PENDING PL-2021-00168, PL-2021-0069, PL-2021-00170, AND PL-2021-00171).

All persons who desire shall have an opportunity of being heard in opposition to or in favor of the proposed development.
