NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PL-2020-00153

TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. Central Time, by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application. The Board will hear a request from Joseph and Susan Downey for a variance to Section 502, Table 5-2, Lot Area, Setback, Bulk Regulations and Parking Requirements: Neighborhood Conservation District of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The request is for a variance of one and three quarter feet (1.75’) to the minimum rear yard setback requirement of forty-two feet (42’) to allow an addition to the home to be forty and one quarter feet (40.25’) from the rear property line. The subject property is located at 351 Denson Drive and is zoned Neighborhood Conservation District (NC-15).
