NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PL-2020-00245
Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, June 3, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn Public Safety Department, located at 141 North Ross Street, Auburn, Alabama. The Board will hear a request from Sam Leslie with Dilworth Development Inc., on behalf of Mark & Julia Wood for a variance to Section 502.02(A) Performance Residential Developments, Single-family detached house, of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The applicant requests a variance of three (3) percent (295 square feet) to the maximum impervious surface ratio (ISR) allowance of fifty (50) percent (4,918 square feet) to allow a single-family detached building lot to have an ISR of fifty-three (53) percent (5,213 square feet). The subject property is located at 980 Titleist Way which is in the Comprehensive Development District (CDD) with an overlay of the Planned Development District (PDD) designation.
