NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PL-2020-00126

TO: All citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:

Take notice that the Auburn Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. Central Time, by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application. The Board will hear a request from Thomas M. Hayley on behalf of Links Crossing, LLC for a variance to Table 5-1: Lot Area, Setbacks, Maximum Impervious Surface, and Parking Requirements for Conventional Subdivisions of the City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance. The applicant requests a variance of 8.5 feet to the minimum lot width of 70 feet for lots of 10,000 square feet or more to allow the width of each to be approximately 61.5 feet wide. The request is for five (5) lots (lots 53, 55, 56, 57 and 58) in the Auburn Links Crossing Subdivision, Phase 2. The subject property is located at the terminus of Westover Street in the Development District Housing (DDH) zoning district.
