NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO: All resident citizens of the City of Auburn, Alabama, and other interested persons:
Take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Auburn, Alabama, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Auburn Public Safety Building located at 141 North Ross Street. Said hearing will be to consider a request from Lee Tharp, LBYD, Inc. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive comments and input regarding the request for conditional use approval for a commercial support use (data center). The property is located at 406 West Veterans Boulevard in the Comprehensive Development District (CDD) zoning district.
All persons who desire shall have an opportunity of being heard in opposition to or in favor of the proposed development.
