NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE

STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF LEE

DEFAULT having been made in the terms of those certain mortgages executed by Christina B. Soler to AuburnBank, which said mortgages dated November 18, 2008, and November 1, 2010, and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 3609, at Page 668, and Mortgage Book 3767, at Page 245, and the said defaults continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgages, the following-described real property will be sold at public outcry for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of the Lee County Courthouse in Opelika, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on Thursday, February 25, 2021, to-wit:
Lot Number Thirty-Four (#34) of Creek Nation Estates, as shown on that certain plat of survey prepared by Harmon Engineering, filed for record on February 9. 1977, and recorded in Plat Book 9, at Pages 102 through 105, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama.

Said sale is to be made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt and cost of foreclosure. AuburnBank
