JEFFERSON MUSE and PEGGY S. MUSE, husband and wife, as Mortgagor(s) to REGIONS BANK d/b/a REGIONS MORTGAGE, as Mortgagee, dated the 27th day of August, 2007, and recorded in Mortgages Book 3498, Page 823,
et seq. of the records in the Office of the Judge of Probate Court of Lee County, Alabama, said default continuing, notice is hereby given that the undersigned will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage sell at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder during legal hours of sale, on the 26th day of
March, 2020, in the city of Opelika, at the front door of the Court House of Lee County, Alabama, the following described real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Alabama, to- wit:

Range 29 East, Lee County, Alabama, described as follows: Commence at the intersection of the West right of way of Lee Road 230 (Bush
Road) and the South right of way of Copperfield Drive and run thence South 04 degrees 53 minutes East along the West right of way of Lee
Road 230 a distance of 319.01 feet to the iron pin at the point of beginning; thence continue along the West right of way of Lee Road South 04 degrees 53 minutes East a distance of 193.88 feet to an iron pin; thence South 85 degrees 07 minutes West a distance of
190.0 feet to an iron pin; thence North 04 degrees 53 minutes West a distance of l 91.09 feet to an iron pin; thence North 84 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds East 190 feet to the iron pin at the point of beginning. Said conveyance is made subject to all valid and enforceable easements and restrictions of record.

This property will be sold on an "as is, where is" basis, subject to any easements, encumbrances, reservations and exceptions reflected in the mortgage and/or those contained in the records of the office of the Judge of Probate of the county where the above-described property is situated. This property will be sold without warranty or recourse, expressed or implied as to title, use and/or enjoyment and will be sold subject to the right of redemption of all parties entitled thereto. Alabama law gives some persons who have an interest in property the right to redeem the property under certain circumstances.
