DEFAULT having been made in the terms of that certain mortgage executed by WJA Investments, LLC to AuburnBank, which said mortgage is dated January 16, 2015, and recorded in the
Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 4103, at Page 510, et seq and the said default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said
mortgage, the following-described real property will be sold at public outcry for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of the Lee County Courthouse in Opelika,
Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on Thursday, December 16, 2021, to-wit:
Commencing at the S.W. corner of Section 9, T-19-N, R-27-E in Lee County, Alabama; thence East, 874.2 feet; thence North 74.7 feet to the Intersection of the Northerly R/W Line of the U.S.
Highway No. 431 & 280, with the Easterly R/W Line of Interstate Highway No. I-85 and the True Point of Beginning of the parcel of land herein described Thence N. 33 degrees – 28’ W, 116.0
feet along the R/W Line of Interstate Highway No. I-85; thence along said R/W Line N. 20’ – 45’ E, 100.55 feet; thence leaving said last mentioned R/W Line, S. 85 degrees – 51’ – 30” E, 219.57
Feet; thence S. 4 degrees – 08’ – 30” W, 185.05 feet to a point in the Northerly R/W Line of the U.S. Highway No. 431 & 280; thence along said last mentioned R/W Line, being a curve concave
Southernly and having a Radius of 5829.65 feet for 175.0 feet to The True Point of Beginning. Containing 0.948 Acres, more or less.
Said sale is to be made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt and cost of foreclosure.
