NOTICE OF INTERIM ACCOUNTING

IN THE PROBATE COURT FOR LEE COUNTY, ALABAMA IN RE: ESTATE OF WILLIE HELEN SELF, a protected person File No. 2018-A-092

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a petition for interim accounting has been filed in this court by KELLY KITCHENS, the conservator of the ward. You are required to file with the clerk of the above court not later than 30 days after the first date of this notice upon you any objections to the Petition for Interim Accounting, to the compensation paid or proposed to be paid, or to the proposed list of expenditures, and to serve a copy thereof on petitioner's attorney, whose name and address are set forth below, and on all other interested persons. Any objections must be in writing and must state with particularity the item or items to which the objections are directed and must state the grounds on which the objections are based. If a notice of hearing on the objections is not served within 30 days of filing the objections, the objections shall be deemed abandoned and the personal representative may distribute the estate according to the plan set forth in the Petition for Discharge, and judgment may be entered in due course upon the petition.

A hearing for said petition will be held in the Lee County Probate Court at 215 S. 9th Street in Opelika, Alabama 36801 at 10:00 a.m. on December 9, 2020 before Judge Bill English.
