Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated the 3rd day of May, 2010, executed by Lisa Anne Trillet, to Fred L. Copeland, which
mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Book 3726 at Page 125 et seq., and the undersigned has elected to declare the entire indebtedness
secured by the said mortgage to be due and payable as provided in said Mortgage and Note, and notice is hereby given that pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said
mortgage the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash in front on the main entrance of the Lee County Courthouse, Opelika, Alabama, on the 12th day of
January, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate located in Lee County, Alabama, to-wit:
Lot 50 Smithville, a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama in Plat Book 8, Page l 06-107,
reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
Together with a 2005 Fleetwood Mobile Home with VIN Number GAFL475A37923BHI I, which is permanently affixed thereto and whose titles have been cancelled with the State of
Alabama Department of Revenue.
378 Lee Road 438, Smiths Station, Alabama 36877 (Property Address).
This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage, as well as the expenses of the foreclosure, including attorney's fees and publication.
This foreclosure is subject to any and all liens, encumbrances, or mortgages, if there be any, which are prior to the mortgage referred to herein.
