aforesaid Point of Beginning; all as shown by that certain survey for Tommie and Mildred C. Maddox, dated February 9, 1974, prepared by J.D. McGill, Registered Alabama Land Surveyor

parcel of land herein to be described and granted as an easement for ingress and egress; from said Point of Beginning continue to run North 01 degrees 17 minutes West for 30 feet; thence

run North 88 degrees 43 minutes East for 30 feet; thence run South 01 degrees 17 minutes East for 30 feet; thence run South 88 degrees 43 minutes West for 30 feet, more or less to the

aforesaid Point of Beginning.
