Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated April 26, 2000 executed by Mary Jane Reese, Robert Reese wife and husband, in favor of Conseco Finance Corp. - Alabama, said Mortgage being recorded May 3, 2000, in Book 2725, Page 76, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama; having later been assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, not in its individual or banking capacity, but solely as Trustee on behalf of the Lake Country Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-HE1 by instrument recorded in Book 3977, Page 595, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, not in its individual or banking capacity, but solely as Trustee on behalf of the Lake Country Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-HE1 , under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Lee County, Alabama on 08/06/2020, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Lee County, Alabama, to-wit:

A tract of land situated in Lee County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 2; From the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 22, Township 18 North, Range 25 East, Lee County, go 76.8' South to the point of beginning of this property, thence 333.2' South to corner marked with iron jack and post, thence North 76 degrees 09 minutes West, 130.0', thence North 14 degrees 20 minutes East 266.9', thence North 54 degrees 46 minutes East 75.0' along SE ROW of Lee County #5 to the iron at the point of beginning, (containing .6 acres more or less, as set out in that plat attached as Exhibit “A”, by W. G. G. Blakney, Surveyor #3664, dated 9/5/84).
