Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated September 4, 2015 executed by Rebecca Elizabeth Boswell, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as a nominee for HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc., said Mortgage being recorded September 8, 2015, in Book 4160, Page 25, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama; assigned to New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing by instrument recorded in Book 4441, Page 552, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, NewRez LLC f/k/a New Penn Financial LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Lee County, Alabama on 05/07/2020, having been postponed to 07/09/2020 during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Lee County, Alabama, to-wit:

Lot 26, Block “C”, Mary Jayne Subdivision, lying in the East one-half of the Northeast Quarter of Section2, Township 17 North, Range 29 East, Lee County, Alabama, as shown upon a map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 35, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama which plat is incorporated herein and made a part here of by this specific reference.
