of Probate of Lee County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Wilmington Trust Company, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner

Trustee of Origen Manufactured Housing Contract Trust 2005-A by Ditech Financial LLC as servicer with delegated authority , under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said

mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Lee County, Alabama on 08/01/2019, during the legal hours of sale, the
