WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms of the Mortgage executed on the 2nd day of March, 2018 by JONATHAN JACOBS, as Mortgagor, in favor of WILSON C. BUSSEY, III, as

Mortgagee, and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Russell County, Alabama, in Volume 2271, at Page 56, and said default continuing, the Mortgagee, under power of sale

contained in said Mortgage will sell at auction for cash to the highest bidder on the steps of the Russell County Courthouse in Phenix City, Alabama, during legal hours of sale on the 9th

day of August, 2019, the following described real estate embraces in said Mortgage, situated in Russell County, Alabama, to-wit:

From the northeast corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 29, Township 17, North, Range 29 East, Russell County, Alabama, run thence 88 deg. 25 min. East a

distance of 724.19 feet more or less, to an iron pin at the point of beginning on the East margin of Collier Road; thence South 89 deg. 25 min. 48 sec. East 776.7 feet, more or less, to an iron

pin; thence South 04 deg. 05 min. 53 sec. East a distance of 239.97 feet to an iron pin; thence South 85 deg. 51 min. 58 sec. West a distance of 713 feet to an iron pin on the Easternmost margin

of Collier Road; thence North 15 deg. 30 min. West along the Easternmost margin of said Collier Road a distance of 309.13 feet to an iron pin at the Point of Beginning.

Said sale is made for the purpose of foreclosing of said Mortgage, paying the mortgage debt, the costs and expenses of foreclosure, including a reasonable attorney fee.

Mortgagee reserves the right to bid on the subject property. Said Mortgage is a first Mortgage and is not junior to another Mortgage of record. Said sale is also subject to unpaid taxes or

assessments whether of record or not.
