Book 4140, Page 403, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama; having later been assigned to Ditech Financial LLC by instrument recorded in the Office of the Judge of
Probate of Lee County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Ditech Financial LLC, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said
