mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Opelika, Lee County, Alabama, on February 21, 2019, during the legal

Plat Book 14, Page 163, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, and more recently shown upon a plat of survey prepared by Burrel C. Jones, IV, R.L.S., Ala. Reg No.

15294, dated December 2, 1991 and recorded in Volume 1627, Page 030, aforesaid records, which plats are incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this specific reference.
