Association, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main
entrance of the Courthouse at Opelika, Lee County, Alabama, on November 14, 2019, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real
estate, situated in Lee County, Alabama, to-wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the Northeasterly margin of North Eighth Street with the Northwesterly margin of Sixth Avenue; run thence in a Northwesterly direction along the
Northeasterly margin of North Eighth Street, a distance of 95 feet to the point of beginning of the lot or parcel or land herein to be described and conveyed. From said last mentioned
beginning point run thence in a Northwesterly direction along the Northeasterly margin of North Eighth Street, a distance of 95 feet to the Southeasterly margin of a 20 foot alley; run
thence in a Northeasterly direction along the Southeasterly margin of said 20 foot alley and parallel with the Northwesterly margin of Sixth Avenue, a distance of 400 feet to a point on the
